Hosted by Euka Isawa, the owner of Shozan and who has been in charge of Katsuyama Brewery's overseas exports, will guide you through a Katsuyama sake pairing experience. She is available in Japanese, English and Chinese. Guests can take home a set of premium Katsuyama sake as a souvenir (contents vary depending on the course).

Cancellation Policy
※If you are unable to select your preferred date/number of guests through our reservations site, please contact the restaurant directly and we may be able to arrange a table for you.
※If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us by no later than 10PM 3 days prior to the reserved day.
Cancellations made between 3 days prior to the reservation date and the day of the reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee.
※If you miss your reservation by 30 minutes without notifying us, we may give priority to customers who are on the waiting list.
※Please make sure to enter your correct phone number and email address. Your booking may be cancelled if the information you provided at registration is incomplete.
